Since it was founded, the French National School for the Judiciary (Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature – ENM) has provided training for non-French magistrates in addition to the courses proposed in France.
Around sixty training courses, seminars, court internships and colloquia are offered to judges, prosecutors and partners from around the world seeking to further their knowledge of international issues (cybercrime, the fight against drug trafficking, corruption, etc.), to build on their professional practice (responsibilities of the public prosecutor, civil and commercial justice, mediation and conciliation, etc.), or to learn about the French legal system.
