European projects

The ENM regularly organises or takes part in training courses implemented at European Union level.
These may take place in France or another country of the European Union. Co-funded by European institutions, they bring together magistrates from several partner countries on themes of common interest, covering both criminal aspects (fight against terrorism, seizing criminal gains, etc.) and civil litigation (treatment of maintenance obligations in Europe, etc.). The aim is to contribute to the dissemination of European law and to foster mutual trust within the European legal space by developing a better understanding of its different legal systems.
